Prices are in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of 15% GST.

Prices are subject to availability and change.

Payment Terms

20% deposit on booking.  Full payment required  prior to check out.

Cancellations:

No less than '7days’ notice of cancellation of accommodation and services is necessary otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of the first night’s accommodation will apply. This fee also applies to ‘no shows’ where guests fail to check-in.

Other

All units are non smoking, smoking outside on the Patios/balconies is allowed and ash trays have been  provided.

No pets allowed.

Check-in time: 2.00pm onwards. If you will be arriving after 6pm in winter and 7pm in summer please advise the office with an estimated arrival time.

Check-out time: 10.00am. If you are checking out earlier, please settle your account the night before. Please return your key to reception. There is a $30.00 NZD fee to replace lost/misplaced keys.
